We keep trying to change how we think and feel about ourselves, but nothing seems to work for very long. However, this '“trying” can often lead to familiar reactions such as anxiety, depression, and relationship stress.
So, how does it get better?
We learn to accept ourselves. We stop trying so hard. With the support of a nonjudgemental therapist, we learn that we cannot be connected to anyone unless we can show up authentically. Risking being ourselves can be painful, but I am here to ensure you are safe, respected, and supported every step of the way.
